What are the costs of a virtual office?

When I rent a virtual office, is it possible to use an actual workplace?

This is possible. With a virtual office, you have access to the building where your company is located, on working days between 9:00 and 17:00.

If I want to use the meeting rooms, where can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation for a meeting room at our partner company StartDock. You will find the meeting rooms on this page. In the package of a virtual office, you have a 50% discount on renting meeting rooms.

Chamber of Commerce

What is meant by Chamber of Commerce registration?

With the packages that include Chamber of Commerce registration, you, as a client, receive a rental contract when purchasing a virtual office. With this contract, you can register your company with the Chamber of Commerce at one of our business addresses.

If I rent a virtual office with a Chamber of Commerce registration, how soon will I receive my lease?

Once we have all your required documents and information in full, it will take a maximum of 48 hours until we send you the rental contract.

Do you register my company with the Chamber of Commerce with the Chamber of Commerce registration?

No, unfortunately we are not authorised to register your company on your behalf. With the rental contract that you receive from us, you will have to register your company with the Chamber of Commerce yourself. More information about this registration process can be found on the website of the Chamber of Commerce.


If I rent a virtual office, can I collect my mail?

This is possible, it is free to pick up your mail on the location where you have your virtual office. 

If I rent a virtual office, can my mail be forwarded to me?

We can do this in two ways. We can physically send your mail (€1.50 per item) or scan your mail and send it via email for free.

Can I also receive parcels at the selected address with a virtual office — in addition to mail?

This is absolutely possible. A parcel can be picked up free of charge at the relevant location or be forwarded to a preferred delivery address. For the forwarding of parcels we charge the shipping costs including a 15% handling fee.
